| The protector and the compressor is matched |
(1) The operation principle of Overload Protector (OLP):
The key component of OLP is electric heat component and the bilateral mental slice. And the bilateral mental slice has the temperature-out of shape future as picture shows. It cased the OLP temperature to rise as the electric current through the heat component, if the temperature of bilateral mental slice exceed the operate point as picture shows, it will suddenly changed from ¡°critical point A¡± to ¡°steady point A¡±, its height of the string will produce the change by a large scale. At the same time, it cause the contact cut off fast and reliably. If the temperature can¡¯t reach the operate point, the bilateral mental slice would not beat, the electric conduction gets an electric shock and keeps leading openly. When the circuit cut off, the temperature of OLP will decline, and the statement will change from ¡° critical point B¡± to ¡° steady point B¡± when its temperature drops to the reset point, cause the conduct contact reset and re-through the circuit.

£¨3£©Match requirement:
a. a. when the compressor is working or overloading lightly, the protector should not operate.
b.OLP can bear the large electric current of short time and don¡¯t produce operation within the duration of compressor starts.
c.While the compressor is overloaded seriously, OLP should operate and assure the temperature of the electrical machine and shell can¡¯t exceed the limit allowed.
d.The compressor stops rotating caused by any reasons, OLP should operate fast, and assure each part of compressor¡¯s temperature rise can¡¯t cause the electric and insulating destruction within the duration of OLP operates repeatedly and resets circularly.
